Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We are looking for an individual to work with our Gardening team, ensuring the garden and grounds are appropriately managed and maintained to create a welcoming environment for children, young people, families and all visitors.
During your apprenticeship, you will be completing your Level 2 Diploma in Horticulture.
Key responsibilities will include maintenance of lawns, flower beds, trees and water features, and supporting special projects for corporate teams.
You will have the ability to demonstrate high standards of written and verbal communication, with the willingness to learn and develop. You will be a good team player with a highly organised approach to your work.
Previous office experience or administrative skills would be an advantage. This is a temporary role for the duration of the apprenticeship (20 months).
