Our client in Tunbridge wells is looking for inbound and outbound call handlers on a temporary adhoc basis. They are currently looking for staff that have experience within customer service to ensure they provide an outstanding service to new, existing and lapsed clients.
Key responsibilities:
* Answering calls in a polite, timely and professional manner
* Taking comprehensive messages for all clients
* Transferring calls to the right company
* Calling new and lapsed clients to generate new business
Full training is given and for the right candidate the position could become permanent. Our client has an internal system and script that you will need to use therefore you will need to be confident with computers.
