Due to the continued growth of our business, we are now seeking a Registered Nurse Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team. The Superior Healthcare Group has grown to become one of Kent's most well known recruitment agencies, providing temporary carers and nurses to fill short term vacancies in nursing & residential care homes, learning disability placements, hospitals and complex care placements within the Community.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new candidates, carrying out pre-selection telephone interviews, conducting interviews, performing background checks in line with company requirements and taking part in recruitment events. Your focus will be on recruiting Registered Nurses for our Agency and Continuing Healthcare Division.

The Candidate

The role requires a complex skill set, including nursing expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving, and decision making. The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN who is self motivated and goal driven with good organisational skills and sound IT abilities.

You would need to be willing to travel, as you will be based from different locations throughout Kent.
