Our Client are seeking for experienced Glass structural engineers on a self employed basis, you must have the following skill set:
Been working in the glazing industry for at least 10 years.
Has a good knowledge of structural glazing ( Glass facades, Walk-on glass / roof-lights, balustrading etc)
Own hand and power tools including a chop-saw.
Speak the English Language
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8am (on-site) to 5pm (on-site). Overtime is negotiable depending on the work in hand.
Weekend work will be on a job by job bases.
*We do supply most if not all the materials to complete the works but from time to time the odd items I.e. screws may need to be supplied, this is refundable.
*A vehicle is preferable as you will be needed to travels around London and the home counties and go from job to job in the same day.
*Hold the following construction cards & must be in date: CSCS, PASMA, Site H&S, liability Insurance ETC.
Our Client do not offer
* pay for travel unless you're travelling to a further than a normal commute to London would cost.
*Pay for parking (exceptions to this rule) or parking tickets, congestion charge etc.
Bonus: if they have a working partner to work alongside or gang, if any. As we do from time to time need more than one person for the work in hand.
This position is contracted and full PPE is required
