Employing a wealth of technical knowledge and experience we are creating a reputation throughout the industry as the go to place for everything component related.

Due to an exciting period of growth Vital Parts Ltd are looking to recruit Full Time Trainee Dispatch Manager for our Maidstone branch.
Previous warehouse experience is required, customer service skills are preferred.

Duties include:
• Checking all incoming stock for shortages and damage
• Ensuring all stock is located in the correct place and any parts without a bin location are put away
• Responding to any requests from branch operations within the specified time
• Goods in, scanning, picking and packing stock
• Accurately picking customers’ orders and making regular checks to ensure only invoiced goods are dispatched
• You are able to read, understand and communicate in English with the ability to interact and engage comfortably with people at all levels of the business
• You will have a hands-on attitude, flexible and adaptable and willing to provide additional discretionary effort when the team is in need
• You are able to operate in a challenging and fast paced environment.
• Management Experience is preferred.
• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
