You will receive a starting basic salary of £19,200 with an increase after probation to £20,400, plus bonuses

This a 100% telephone based role, where you will be required to contact customers, working from bulk accounts that have been allocated to you. You will also process any relevant information you gather and payments, so basic numeracy skills are a must.
If you have excellent Customer Service skills and are able to communicate with people at all levels, this is the job for you. You should be methodical, self motivated and target driven and be happy in a fast paced environment. Acting professionally whilst having sensitive discussions with customers is a must, plus the ability to exercise strong negotiating skills.
Whether you are a school leaver looking for your first role or if you are an experienced individual looking to progress, this role is for you. you need to be able to work at a pace with a strong resiliance nature due to the type of customer base you will be dealing with
Great flexibility and work life balance is offered through a rotating shift pattern as follows, 40 hours per week
Week 1: 7.45am to 2.30pm Mon-Fri , however one day you will need to work from 7.45am - 7pm (you can choose)
Week 2: 2.15pm to 9.00pm Mon-Fri Plus every other Saturday 8.45am to 1.00pm
Requirements:
English and Maths grade C and above (if you are a recent school leaver)
Credit checks and DBS Checks (these will take around 2 weeks to clear)
