We are currently recruiting for a Safety Data Administrator to join our Client, who is a prestigious and well recognized Company based in Kings Hill. You will be joining their successful and hard-working team on a Permanent basis
My Client has a proven track record within the industry. They provide a range of engineering consumables & related products to a premium portfolio of customers and clients on an international basis
Your duties will include:
Manage new and exiting SDS (Safety Data Sheets)
Processing SDS and ensure that sheets and data on them are up to date,
Providing customers and clients with the best possible customer service;
Maintain customer satisfaction;
Undertake new regulatory compliance as needed
Possible support with credit control, ie sending emails with invoices attached
Support the business and comply with company's Health and Safety procedures and legislation;
Collecting documents necessary for VAT returns
Updating accounting spreadsheets
Carry out miscellaneous duties such as order paperwork,filing, ad-hoc duties.
Personal Specification:
Excel skills essentail
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Need to have previous administrator/customer service and data entry skills;
Need to be able to work closely with Managers, Team Leaders and other team members;
Need to be confident on the phone and be able to deal with people at all levels;
Previous experience within a similar field is advantageous and highly desirable;
Need to have high attention to detail;
Ability to work to deadlines and good Timekeeping is a MUST.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9-5pm or 8-4pm
£18 - 20K DOE
10% non contributory pension and potential bonus between 5-10%
