This busy country pub has an excellent reputation for their food and as a result can be extremely busy.It is independently run and the Owners are now looking to recruit a Manager to assist and take over the day to day running of this very successful pub and fresh food restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of one year as a Manager within either a pub or restaurant environment and be looking to expand their skills further.This is a great opportunity to shadow the proprietor for 6 months learning all aspects of pub management.Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting within the bar and restaurant as required, oversee a team of 20 full and part-time staff, cellar work and all relevant office and paperwork.
You will have excellent service skills, a great attention to detail and enjoy touching tables and exceeding guests expectations.
