Our Temporary Angels are relied upon to complete temporary assignments at times of urgent need by many businesses in Medway and the surrounding areas. If you are a highly skilled Receptionist who is available to start work immediately our Angel team needs YOU!

As a Temporary Angel it is essential that you will be available to work at very short notice and have confirmed availability for no less than 2 months.

* The main responsibilities as a Receptionist are:

* Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors

* Directing telephone enquiries to the relevant team using a switchboard

* Distribution of incoming and sending outgoing post

* Setting up meeting rooms and organising lunch/refreshments

* General administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc
