An ideal position for a graduate considering teaching as a future career or an individual with some experience of working with students with additional educational needs, working closely with the SEN Team to support identified students’ individual needs and share collective responsibility for creating and developing a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment enabling our students to maximise progress.

The successful candidate will work as part of the School’s Cover/SEN Team, with a particular focus on providing cover for teaching staff, ensuring that prepared lesson are carried out whilst maintaining good behaviour. Additionally responsibilities to include providing support to the Administration Team, and undertaking invigilation. Weeks worked include time during School holidays, to provide front-of-house cover.
