An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Assets and Economic Regulation department. You will be based at our Snodland office and will report into the Senior Asset Information Analyst.
The key purpose of the role is to apply AutoCAD and other technical skills to update the asset management systems in accordance with defined procedures, quality standards and service level agreements.
Main objectives will include:
* Create and maintain the company's AutoCAD records, including Site Schematics and Health and safety drawings
* Maintain the asset inventory within the necessary systems
* Complete asset updates in accordance with defined procedures, quality standards and service level agreements
* Validate asset design details and records in accordance with defined procedures, quality standards and quality assurance/quality control processes
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to clarify asset updates and highlight any issues
* Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests for information to agreed timescales
* On occasions, undertake office and field based visits to obtain or verify asset data using appropriate survey techniques
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, committed and organised. There is an expectation that you have a working knowledge of AutoCAD and are qualified to either a-level, diploma or degree level in a relevant field or have other applicable experience. You will also be expected to undertake research and training to enhance your knowledge of asset management systems and processes.
