We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager, who has great attention to detail, outstanding communication and the desire and determination to take our brand to the next level.

We have three separate companies, all of whom provide businesses in Kent with solutions that enable them to operate business as usual, whilst maximising on time and delivering cost efficiencies. We enable companies to drive their business forward by providing consultative services that span, Recruitment, Managed Print Solutions and Managed IT services.

Due to continuous growth, we have been recognised as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Kent for the last 5 years and this role will help us to continue this trajectory. We are excited to be recruiting for a standalone Marketing Manager to join our team, you will take ownership of the full marketing mix for the Group. We are looking to increase our brand recognition and to drive inbound business enquiries to all companies.

We are a vibrant and innovative organisation looking for an idea's person to take the lead in all things Marketing. To date the Directors and Senior Management team have established a strong brand identity that we are very proud of and we are looking for a marketing guru to engage and raise awareness to drive this forward.

Key duties:

* Devising a structured marketing strategy to encompass the full marketing mix

* Managing online presence, social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram)

* Updating websites, creating content and driving website traffic using SEO

* Creative content writing for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns and offline marketing.

* Creating promotional leaflets and designing marketing material

* Leading campaigns and events both the creation and identification

* Producing video content and arranging photoshoot opportunities

* Analytics and reporting of ROI

Due to the nature of our organisation this role will be split between the two companies so a structured and self-motivated individual is required to deliver the success of this role.

This is a Monday - Friday opening 08:30am-5:30pm.
