Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join Regis as a Sales Executive, responsible for generating new business from the first call to accepting cover to meet new business targets.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have the essential experience in a customer service/call centre environment
-Be educated to GCSE level, with grade C or above in Maths & English
-Ideally be educated to A-level or the equivalent work experience
-Have experience within insurance, in a sales role - preferably with commercial combined or SME risks , or alternatively experience within Financial Services, or a desire to do so
-Ideally have experience meeting new business targets
-Highly motivated by achieving/exceeding targets
-Handle a high workload in an organised manner
-Be confident and have a professional phone manner
Key responsibilities include:
-Handling inbound quotes and calls to generate business
-Providing new quotations to potential clients, converting them into new business
-Underwriting the risks within the role's authority, and issue accurate documentation
-Keeping systems accurate and up to date
-Meeting and exceeding company targets; including new business, call and QA targets
