Status are currently working closely with a company based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks. They are looking for a keen Customer Service Representative to join their team and help during a period of growth for the company! The opportunity would be ideal for someone looking to progress their career and join a great company with excellent benefits!

Duties;

* Process customer orders and enquiries submitted by telephone or email in an efficient, courteous and prompt manner
* Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
* Check product availability for customer order
* Liaise with company suppliers as needed
* Order or arrange restock of product as necessary
* Complete customer complaint forms, when necessary, and pass all communication to the Complaints Co-ordinator for registration and processing



The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and comprehensive administration experience. If you are a team player and problem solver then this is the role for you!
