Our Client is recruiting talented, emotionally resilient, resourceful, qualified and experienced bank staff to join their therapeutic residential children’s home. Bank workers are valued members of our client’s therapeutic team of practitioners. Their residential childcare programme is grounded in child development, systemic and psychodynamic theories and practice. This is supported by a carefully designed induction, programme of mandatory and non-mandatory training and development opportunities.

They are particularly interested in recruiting bank workers who:
• Can contribute extensive professional experience of working in a residential childcare environment
• Have the ability to act as a sound and mature role model
• Are able to use initiative and creativity
• Are excited by the opportunity to develop their own knowledge and skills
• Genuinely like, have respect for and a compassionate attitude towards young people within the care system
• Are committed to genuinely making a difference to the lives of young people and their families
• Hold a clean full UK driving licence

Project Workers Bank, £8.92- £12.70 basic pay per hour (exclusive of pro-rated holiday pay) dependent on qualifications and experience
Senior Residential Project workers Bank, £ 10.55-13.20 basic pay per hour dependent on experience and qualifications (exclusive of pro-rated holiday pay)
Sleep in duties paid at £66.55 per sleep-in £7.83per hour (exclusive of pro-rated holiday pay)
