Our client is looking to recruit project and senior project workers who have the aptitude, desire, skills and understanding to work with our vulnerable group of young people and their families.

Our client will train you in the techniques necessary to enable you to build on your skills, make durable relationships with their young people who lack trust and are often anxious AND fearful of adult authority.

Senior Residential Childcare Workers £22944.64-£26310.00 (incl. contractual sleep-ins)
Overtime rate £12.70-13.50 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience
Sleep in duties paid at £66.55
Residential Childcare workers: Unqualified £18,746.40- £20,194.64 (incl. contractual sleep-in duties) Overtime rate £10.50-12.70 per hour dependent on experience
Qualified £21,194.64- £22,694.64 Incl Contractual sleep-ins
Overtime rate £12.70 per hour
