• Process the monthly payroll using Sage
• Collate, verify and input the weekly timesheets by branch
• Input starter and leaver details
• Maintain the holiday and sickness records
• Submit the EPS and FPS reports
• Yearend process and reporting
• Ensure compliant with current legislation
• Resolve issues and answer payroll related questions with staff
• Reconcile the deductions and payments to the staff pension scheme
• Maintain accurate and well organised payroll records
• Support managers and regional managers in disciplinary/grievance procedures
• Continuation of the implementation of the Focus clocking in system, so that is integrated into the Sage payroll system
Job description
A full time position based in Aylesford, Kent at our head office.
Reporting to Directors
The successful candidate will have proven experience of maintaining a monthly payroll using Sage. They will be committed to accuracy and have excellent communication skills. Experience in the motor trade is not necessary, but a knowledge of the Focus clocking system would be beneficial.
