Want to become part of a team that maintains and restores the most essential of services to the people of Kent and Sussex?
We and are seeking a driven, hard-working individual/team player who is enthusiastic, reliable and conscientious to join our distribution team to provide support to our front line operational staff, contractors and stakeholders (both internal and external).
The successful candidate will be responsible for: validating, scheduling, prioritising and organising work for circa 10 Distribution Technicians and providing administrative support to the wider distribution team.
We are looking for someone who is organised, has the ability to quickly assess and make competent decisions in order to prioritise and schedule work efficiently in a fast paced, reactive operational environment. We need someone who has excellent customer services and communication skills who will ensure all our customers (both internal and external) are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
We require a forward thinking individual who is able to identify efficiencies in our systems and processes. Attention to detail, the ability to be systematic, logical and maintain excellent records are also essential attributes required for this role.
The ideal applicant must have customer services experience. Knowledge of Maximo, Business Objects, Hi-Affinity, Knowledgeworker and GIS/Geofield would be beneficial but is not essential. Likewise, appreciation of working with remote field teams and understanding or experience of the water industry is desired but not essential.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, a pro-rata minimum of 25 days annual leave, a stakeholder pension scheme in which the maximum Company contribution is 10% and a life assurance scheme.
