We are looking for an outstanding individual to join us as a Junior Customer Service Executive.

You will:

- Be provided with training to gain the necessary skills to support the Customer Service Executive function.

- Learn to provide an exceptional level of customer service and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about product and services.

- Support related Business Development Managers to grow existing business streams and develop new business opportunities.

Under the guidance of the Customer Services Executives, you will undertake on the job training to be competent in the following:

- Dealing professionally, empathetically and efficiently with incoming overseas/export telephone orders and queries
- Use customer contact, as appropriate
- To learn more about the customer’s business and better understand the needs and requirements.
- To introduce new product initiatives.
- Contract the services of appropriate fitting/service agents as required.

If you have GCSE English Language and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent, have some exposure to customer services and export duties in a sales environment, have additional European language skills, then we would love to hear from you with your up to date CV and a covering letter telling us what you are looking for in your ideal role.
