We are currently recruiting for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our very successful and evolving client based in Ashford. Join a strong Marketing department and take responsibility for planning, marketing campaigns and initiates. You will use data analysis to support your campaigns in order to deliver to customers and plan the campaign from conception through to fruition.

The role will also involve, but not limited to:
• Management & execution of loyalty scheme
• Develop & deliver a plan of insight led activity, executed through sales colleagues
• Increases customer retention & like for like growth
• Development & execution of strategic seasonal campaigns that grow like for like sales
• Development & execution of an ‘always on’ campaign toolkit that is tailored to the customer lifecycle stages
• Own all campaigns ‘end to end’ including:
• Carry out ‘test & learn’ trials in order to continually improve results by working with analysts (on-site & remote) on insight requirements to power campaigns
• Sales & margin growth Increase in customer retention
• Clear presentation & analysis of result, continual improvement in results as feedback & insight used to drive executions
• Positive internal & external customer feedback, with all activities communicated and delivered effectively, on time and within budget
• Managing multiple stakeholders and working to tight deadlines

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• History of delivering multi-channel commercial campaigns that drive performance
• Experience of working with loyalty schemes
• History of working on/managing loyalty schemes that drive customer retention
• Experience of working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to plan at both a strategic & tactical level
• Excellent communication
• Be an influencer
• Strong IT skills
• Working together as one team
