My Client , part of an international manufacturing company, and is now looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer - Electrical, to assist with managing the maintenance of their newly enhanced production lines, that can now manufacture a new line of products.

This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice served Electrical Engineer . You will be working on a 3 shift pattern, Monday - Friday, working one Saturday morning in 3.



The Role: Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

Responsible for undertaking reactive and preventative maintenance activities .

To carry out efficient fault finding and repairs to equipment/plant

Involvement in project work including installation and commissioning of new equipment

Carry out system calibration, testing and equipment measurement

Machine modifications and improvement works.

Provide detailed reports for all work statuses within the CMMS (SAP)



Skills / Qualifications / Experience: Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

Time served Electrical apprenticeship.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical technician grade.

17th Edition

A proven history of equipment installation, commissioning, fault finding, rectification and experience of maintenance techniques.

Control and instrumentation - Motor control circuits, AC/DC drives & tension control and process control systems

PLC fault finding and basic programming skills.

The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Flexibility is essential in this role.

A good knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
