Insurance Sales Administrator

Location: Wadhurst

Salary: £17,000 to £22,000 (depending on experience) + plus bonus scheme (dependent on targets)

Status is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Insurance Sales Administrator to join our client's friendly team. They are a family-run insurance broker providing specialist caravan, motor home, camper-van and park home insurance.

As the Insurance Sales Administrator you'll be part of a small, friendly team with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales' targets and delivering the very best customer service. The role will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, converting warm leads and making calls from a list of prospects you've been given.

They offer full support for those who wish to study towards the Cert CII qualification.

The main duties of this role will include:

* Telephone sales and customer service calls
* Produce and issue quotations and new business documents
* Follow up and convert leads using our Open GI diary system
* Outbound telephone calls, including call-backs (no cold calling)
* Data entry into the required systems
* Scan incoming documentation and apply to correct customer e-file
* Deal with any MTAs, renewals and cancellations as required
* Oversee website customer enquiries and ensure all enquiries are followed up
* Email Estimated Premium confirmations as required
* Carry out lead general process

What we are looking for:

* Insurance sales experience an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* A professional manner - Driven and motivated attitude towards work
* Strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills
* Working knowledge of OpenGI an advantage

Hours: Monday - Friday as part of a rota pattern:

* 30am - 5.00pm
* 00am - 5.30pm
* 30am - 7.00pm
* One in four Saturdays: 9.00am - 4pm
* Driver with car essential. Free parking available.
