The HR Projects and Policies team at the University of Kent is seeking to recruit three experienced HR professionals to lead on the development, consultation and implementation of a number of high profile organisational change projects. Candidates will need to be confident interpreting data, writing reports and working to timelines. They will also need to possess excellent communication and influencing skills to be able to clearly articulate changes proposed in a persuasive manner to a range of stakeholder groups.
As HR Business Partner - Organisational Change you will:
- Provide a high quality, responsive and professional HR business partnering service, based on strong organisational and HR knowledge
- Support the effective management of organisational change and re-design within the University
- Provide support, guidance and coaching to managers to help them realise their business objectives
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 7 qualification, or equivalent
- Extensive recent HR experience in an employee focused role
- Demonstrable experience of managing complex transformational change, partnering senior leaders through the change process
The Employee Relations and Business Partnering (ERBP) team is the key and initial point of access to Human Resources for the University schools and professional service departments and acts as a hub, drawing in expertise from the other HR centres of excellence and making referrals as appropriate.
The Policies & Projects team deliver cross-institutional strategic projects to support the development of the HR People Strategy, as well as manage the creation, review and development of HR People Practices.
