6 Month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity


Delivering a great experience for our Customers is paramount so, if they feel that we’ve not delivered on that, we need to find out why. That’s where you come in, working closely with the rest of the Customer Relations Management Team you’ll help maintain a culture that aims to improve the complaints process, ensuring effective resolution and, ultimately, reduce the causes of customer complaints.


Spending time coaching your people is just part of the role, you’ll play a very hands on role from managing escalated complaints to identifying and implementing changes to ensure the team is as effective as possible. With such a wide scope of responsibility we’re looking for someone who wants a challenge and to use their expertise to help drive the team forward.

What we’re looking for and what you can expect:

•As an experienced Team Leader you’ll manage, coach and develop a skilled and motivated team

•Through effective reporting and analysis you’ll continually review and improve standards within the department, making recommendations for change
•You’ll take full ownership of problems and decisions ensuring that targets and deadlines are always met
•As an excellent communicator you’ll recognise the importance of building good relations, both internally and externally
