Flint Insurance are a forward thinking specialist commercial insurance brokers, creating insurance programs for businesses of all shapes and sizes across the UK.
We are looking for graduate educated individuals to enter our training program, which is designed to provide on the job training and development resulting in an industry accepted professional qualification (ACII).
Ultimately joining our Broker handling team, you will be providing a professional service, and have the ability to gain a detailed technical knowledge of a wide range of Commercial Insurance products.
This is not a sales role, but successful candidates will:
·Be able to interact with business people at all levels.
·Have strong negotiation skills and be able to build close relationships with clients and our Insurers
·Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·Be computer literate, including MS office packages
·Possess an attention to detail and good understanding of time management controls
·Have a positive can-do approach and good team working skills
Financial Package
Starting Salary: £23,000 - £25,000.
OTE Salary Once Qualification achieved £40K
25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Generous Benefits Package.
