Do you have experience in residential care or as a support worker with the elderly or adults with learning disabilities? Are you looking for flexible and consistent shifts with rates ranging from £8.00 to £11 an hour for week and weekend shifts?

What do we mean by flexible shifts? We mean flexible for you, not for us! If you need flexibility in hours, a late start or an early finish, possibly you can only commit to a couple of shifts each week? We would love to hear from you! We believe that getting the right people to work with our clients is more important than conforming to a set shift pattern.

Connect2Staff are currently working with a number of clients and are in need of carers and support workers happy to work in a variety of different environments in Gravesend, Rochester, Chatham, Maidstone and surrounding areas.

We have day shifts, night shifts (both waking and sleep) and weekend shifts.

If you are an experienced care with a passion for caring, then this position could be the one for you!

You will benefit from:

We require at least 6 months experience with either adults with learning disabilities or elderly and a good level of communication.

We are able to provide free training, a dedicated consultant and excellent pay rates starting from £8.00 up to £11.00 an hour.
