We are currently recruiting for a Financial Grant Application Administrator to join our client based in Kings Hill
Your duties will be:
* Managing day to day administration including basic written and spoken enquires
* Reviewing applications
* Printing a high volume of applications
* Transcribing data online systems and ensuring application status is accurate
* Providing support for the high profile grant making programmes to enable the distribution of funds to charitable causes
* Supporting the delivery of programmes to complete validation and maximise support to beneficiaries
* Carrying out any other duties to support the team when required
Skills Required
* Customer service experience
* Able to work through large volumes of work
* Pro-active
* Administration experience
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Computer literate in word, excel and outlook
* Ability to work to deadlines
35 hours per week
Pre-employment checks, DBS, will need to be completed
