HR Advisor - Kings Hill

Salary: £25,000 -£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week -Monday to Friday



Reporting to the HR Manage our client is looking to grow their HR Team. This fast paced, ever-expanding company is looking for a Senior HR Adviser with a passion for HR and Employee Relations.



You will be responsible for handling employee relations and supporting the HR Manager with disciplinaries, grievances, welfare meetings and advising the managers on the company's policies and procedures plus ad-hoc HR duties.



The role is heavily employee relations focused so the candidate must actively demonstrate a passion for people and ER.



The candidate must be able to make informed decisions based on factual information and have the confidence to handle difficult or emotional conversations and situations. In addition to this a passion for all things HR and new innovative ideas to bring to the HR team are welcomed!



Ideally the candidate will have payroll experience as you will be required to learn the internal payroll process and learn payroll calculations such as pro-rating holiday or salary for variation to terms or flexible working.



You will be a qualified HR Advisor in either experience or CIPD
