As an Apprentice within the Finance department at OSB, you will gain fantastic insight and experience in financial services whilst we support you to achieve your Advanced Diploma in Accounting (AAT).
In return for your hard work, we will offer you:
• A unique opportunity to study for the AAT credential which is one of the most recognised in the Finance world and could set you up for further study
• A ‘buddy’ to support you in your new working life with OSB
• Competitive salary of £12,000 per annum (rising to £13,500 after completion of 12 months), 22 days holiday, hours of 9-5 Monday- Friday and lots of added extras on Perkbox (cheap cinema tickets, discount codes for eating out and high street stores, free phone insurance!)
Our requirements:
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn the department from the ground up
• A keen interest in a long term career within a Finance department
• Self-motivation and initiative to suggest improvements and interact confidently with all departments
• Determination to learn and develop new skills, with the long term aim to progress
• Minimum GSCE’s (Grade 4 or above) in Mathematics or English
