Rapport Housing & Care is a charitable organisation that provides a range of flexible individualised care and support services for older people through various settings and locations.

We are currently looking to recruit a part time Domiciliary Care Supervisor to work at Roswell House, our new Extra Care Service in Tonbridge.

Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week including necessary weekends and Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities: to work with and oversee the Domiciliary Care Team with key objectives to achieve the highest quality of person-centred care. To work closely with the Registered Manager in ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) Fundamental Standards and Key Lines of Enquiry

Role Specific Requirements: QCF Diploma/NVQ Level 3 or above, Health & Social Care

Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate accordingly
Knowledge of the CQC Fundamental Standards.

Worked in a Domiciliary care setting as a team leader for a minimum of 2 years
Rosewell House is an Extra Care housing scheme, which combines living independently in their own apartment with support, care and companionship. It is spread over three-storeys, the boasts 59 spacious apartments for people aged 55 or over who have a care need assessed at a minimum of 3.5 hours per week.

Confirmation of all appointments is subject to proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance, satisfactory references, satisfactory numeracy and literacy assessments and medical clearance.
