- Sales & Lettings Negotiator at our Canterbury Branch
- Office Manager at our Canterbury Branch
- Sales & Lettings Negotiator at our Maidstone Branch
Roles & Responsibilities: To negotiate the sale or let of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets, whilst advancing the service standards of the Company and abiding by company policy and statutory legislation.
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of sales/lets per week
Selling all company services strongly and ethically
Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
Registering new applicants
Booking viewings
Carrying out viewings
Carrying out landlord and vendor marketing updates as directed
Negotiating offers under the direction of the Branch Manager
Progressing; keeping all parties well informed
Applying for tenant references and assisting progress to conclusion
Gaining market appraisals and looking after landlords/vendors to actively promote using our services
Dealing with customer enquiries
Keeping records of all activity
The Office Manager would support the wider team with the areas listed above and help to generate new business. They would also work alongside our Marketing team to with the preparation of property marketing material, descriptions and brochures.
Requirements and Skills
You must come with at least 1 years property experience in sales or lettings.
Educated to GCSE level as a minimum
Results/goals orientated
Financially driven with a motive to earn
Full driving licence
Smart and well presented
Good communication skills
Natural sales ability
Hard working
Self motivated and organised
Focused and competitive
Good work ethic - punctual and reliable
Salary: dependent upon experience
