BASIC SALARY UP TO £16-18,000 D.O.E. £30/35,000 OTE
My client, a successful multi branch independent in the Borough of Bromley, is looking for a motivated and adaptable Senior Lettings Professional to join their team. This role will progress onto Management.
Key Skills:
Conducting viewings
Applicant registrations
Conducting valuations
Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
Strong negotiation skills
Resilient canvassing skills
Administration duties
Requirements:
1 years+ experience in residential lettings
Great sense of humour
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of the local area
Able to work under pressure
Full UK driving licence
Clear spoken voice
Well-presented and professional appearance
Good attention to detail and organised
