Award winning South-East based Architectural Practice seeks Architect with 3-5 years post Part 3 UK experience with a focus on Residential & Urban Design work, to work on a privileged mix of residential and mixed use projects as part of an established design and technical team for national clients – “We value the places we create”. The position is based in our CANTERBURY office.
Applicants should have proven expert knowledge of UK residential layout design along with its statutory framework and be able to deliver projects to a high quality to Clients' timescales. AutoCAD and presentation skills, together with experience of using Photoshop and In-Design, essential.
