We currently have a vacancy for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support administrative tasks in the Customer Service group at our site in Maidstone, Kent.
We would like to hire a person who will assist with filing and archiving duties, the setup of new customer accounts, send daily shipment notifications to customers and, in due course, be involved in order processing and direct interaction with customers. Our new hire would be required to update customer files and customer logs, with guidance, track order movements and packing lists and generally carry out administrative duties, as requested.
This is a junior role with scope to become more involved as required by the needs of the business. Candidates should be educated to at least GCSE standard in Maths and English and have solid computer skills, including Word and Excel. A willingness to use and consult customer management databases is essential.
We are looking for a person with excellent communication and organisational skills and strong attention to detail, who is service-driven, helpful and flexible. As we aim to deliver excellent and accurate service, a sense of urgency and adherence to timelines is very important.
The position is temp/ full-time, reporting to the Customer Service Manager EMEA.
