Menzies Response is now recruiting for Inbound Call Centre Agents to provide our customers with the expected high levels of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from new and existing customers, taking detailed information, processing orders and payments. This is a customer focused role, not a sales role.
The workload will vary dependant on the seasonality of our campaigns, so in addition to handling inbound calls, there will be elements of data processing, where accuracy and attention to detail is paramount. We will provide you with full training to learn new skills and help your development in the role.
Responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from Customers.
• Providing written and verbal responses to customer account queries.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy when data inputting.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different client accounts.
• Identify customers’ needs; clarify information and record feedback accurately.
• Identify trend in customer enquiries, training / team issues and escalate any wider issues to the Contact Centre Team Leaders.
About you:
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent call handling skills and confident telephone manner.
• Exceptional customer service and accurate fast data inputting.
• Customer focused and adaptability to service different personality types.
• Adaptability when learning new & contemporary approaches to working.
• Have experience in customer service and or sales/account retention.
• Be resilient and be able to work in a challenging environment.
• Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows empathy and professionalism.
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Have a flexible approach to working
This is a 35 flexi hour, permanent contract.
£7.88 an hour
