Connect2staff are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistants to work in a busy Residential Care home in Maidstone, Kent. With up to 60 residents at any one time, this home provides high quality care for residential clients living with Dementia. This home boasts beautiful grounds which throughout the year are busting with colourful plants and wildlife. With several bright lounges and a secure patio area, clients can enjoy the beautiful panoramic countryside views that Kent are famous for.

Your responsibilities:

* To support and provide the residents with guidance according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
* Always ensuring that you promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
* You will ensure that Care Standards are fully adhered to at all times when you are delivering and supporting residents with their care needs.
* To work in partnership with other staff within the home to ensure a seamless service.
* To practice maximum integrity in all dealings with residents relatives/families and other professional bodies.
* To act as an ambassador for the home.

Salary and Benefits:

* Between £8.00 & £8.20 dependent on qualifications
* Ongoing training provided for personal development and support in accessing NVQ level 2+
