Firesense Limited is a Manufacturer and leading Distributor of Fire Detection Equipment with customers spanning the UK, predominantly the South East. Due to continuing growth and product diversification we are creating a new Sales Consultant role to work within an existing team.

Your main objective will be to identify new business opportunities, negotiate strong relationships and successfully manage revenue streams, whilst continually delivering excellent Customer service. This is an excellent opportunity with a growing business, offering genuine career opportunities and progression.

This customer focused pro-active role will include managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers as well as creating and establishing new relationships with future customers.

We are seeking applicants from articulate, hard working and talented Sales Advisors who have a proven track record of exceeding business targets whilst, working in an organised manner with the ability to produce sales activity reports to deadlines and effectively update internal computer records.

The successful candidate will be required to deal with both customers and suppliers, organise deliveries, close down orders, arrange and follow up on quotations and negotiate keen prices within a healthy competitive market.

Reporting to a Sales Leader and a Technical Sales Manager during regular sales reviews, the candidate will need to be organised and have a clear understanding of current and future sales Forecasts.

• Proven Successful Sales Background
• Fire and Security background beneficial but not essential
• Exceptional relationship building skills at all levels
• Great Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Consistent target achiever
• Self Motivated
• Highly Organised
• Confident Communicator

Evidence of at least two years sales experience is required, not necessarily within the Fire and Security industry but this would be beneficial, your Strong Negotiating and Relationship development skills being the key – a positive , ‘Can Do’ approachable attitude is essential.
