Your new role
Due to our exclusive partnerships with local schools, you will have immediate access to some of the most sought after positions in the market. You will be able to choose from day to day and long term supply as well as fixed term and permanent contracts, whichever best suits your personal situation and preferences. Whatever you chose to specialise in from EYFS to KS2, Hays Education is able to support you in securing your first job.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to appoint inspirational teachers who are passionate about making a difference to the education of young minds. You will have a good understanding of behaviour management techniques, and be able to adapt your teaching style to the needs of the school and children. Depending on the assignment, you may not be expected to plan lessons, however you must be able to mark to the assessment scheme of each school. If taken on in a permanent or long term capacity you will be happy to become part of the wider schools community, taking on extracurricular activities and clubs as well forging positive relationships with pupils, parents and fellow staff members.
