RARK Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively with a well known high street Lettings Agency on the recruitment of a new Lettings Negotiator. 
The role is split across their Medway franchise and a new and fast moving professional room let brand covering Ashford, Maidstone and Medway. They are expanding the team during an incredibly exciting time for the business and are now looking for this next key hire to drive the business forward.
 
Although this will be a flexible role, the Lettings Negotiator will be required to spend some time in their Rochester branch (Saturdays mainly) and will be responsible for:



Dealing with walk ins and enquiries
Booking viewings
Viewing prospective properties
Negotiating offers
Providing exceptional customer service at all times

The Lettings Negotiator will also work on the road across Ashford, Maidstone & Medway and will be expected to manage their own hours up to 40 hours a week (in line with the Property Manager).
 
Duties related to the room let brand will include:

Writing adverts for vacant rooms
Seeking new advertising methods
Making contact with local businesses regarding vacant rooms
Dealing with enquiries
Viewing rooms with prospective tenants
Managing properties in conjunction with Property Maintenance Manager
Managing the property diary

This is the ideal role for a sharp and committed professional with prior experience in the Lettings industry or a track record in generating new business and negotiation. The best person for this role will be someone who is willing to be flexible with their work hours to fit the needs of the business. Some evening & weekend viewings will be required and you may be required to cover the emergency phone every few weeks. A valid UK driving license is essential.
