RARK Solutions are currently partnered with a leading Technology business on a brand new opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator.


The business has recently taken on a fantastic new client and therefore need the Project Co-Ordinator to manage the engineering resource. This is the ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive project coordinator who thrives in a busy environment and has prior experience of the day to day management of large projects.


The responsibilities will include:



Managing a large new client and the onboarding process
The day to day management of all project elements including both third party contractors and employees engaged in site work, budgets and supporting paperwork
Being the main point of contact for organising on site installations
Risk handling
Managing customer expectations
Ensuring each job is complete with a sign off 
Contacting the clients for feedback 
Working on any relevant documentation
Working closely with the Professional Services Director

The ideal candidate will have prior Project Co-Ordinator experience and will be confident in running multiple contracts at a time. They will also be knowledgeable in Health & Safety practices and relevant PM qualifications would be beneficial. Retail, PoS and technical knowledge is also desirable.

Work hours Monday - Friday but some flexibility is needed in line with project commitments.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £20-25,000 DOE plus 22 days holiday and a generous benefits package.
