RARK Solutions have a fantastic new vacancy for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful Sales & Lettings Agency who have an unrivalled presence in the Medway property market.
Working within a very busy sales environment the successful candidate will be somebody who is proactive, passionate, professional at all times and brilliant on the telephone.
The Senior Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:
Qualifying and registering applicants
Booking viewings and valuations face to face and over the phone
Attending viewings
Attending valuation appointments to secure new business
Negotiating sale prices and fees
Dealing with customer queries
Keeping in house systems up to date
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Sales Negotiator and a good knowledge of the local property market. They will also have proven new business experience.
You will need to have your own transport and must be flexible to work a 5 day week, including Saturdays.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £18,000 DOE (OTE £25,000).
