Part time Stadium Assistants
Average of 29.5 hours per week and 10 hours per week
Based at the Julie Rose Stadium, Ashford, Kent
Salary £15064.92 pro rata

We are looking for a confident, positive and highly motivated person to join our team of Stadium Assistants. Your job role is varied but is primarily to ensure the smooth and safe day-to-day operation of our busy athletics stadium. You will be also responsible for managing staff, handling customer queries and some administrative duties.

You will work closely with the Stadium Manager to ensure the efficient day to day operation and delivery of activities at the stadium.

Previous experience as a supervisor and/or managing a team in a busy operational would be desirable.

This post is part time on a fixed rota and shift -

29.5 hours
Monday 08.15-13.00
Tuesday 16.45-21.00
Wednesday 08.15-17.15
Friday 08.15-12.15
Sunday 08.45-16.00

10 hours
Wednesday 17.00-21.00
Thursday 08.15-14.15

The ideal candidate should have leisure or athletics experience, demonstrate leadership skills and be a team player with good organisation/time management skills.
