Exciting opportunity to be part of an amazing team with room for growth in the future. We are looking for a customer-focused optical advisor to join us.
The ideal candidate would be someone who can dispense to all levels and can carry out basic frame repairs.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.
As an optical advisor, you are often our patients first point of contact and we want them to receive a positive and informative experience. It is important that we provide genuine advice and support. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, as well as providing guidance on frame selection, suitable lens type, measuring and fitting of the appropriate frames etc.
Our requirements essentially are as follows -
Previous experience in optics and/or customer service is necessary, as well as having a confident ability with computer-based management systems. This is to be combined with the aspiration of wanting to learn new skills and the sharing of your skill set that will enhance the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £16,000.00 to £18,500.00 plus bonus
