Are you a graduate or equivalent? Do you have excellent Administration or Customer Service skills? Do you enjoy providing outstanding customer service, handling customer enquiries and working as part of a strong team? If so we have an ideal role for you.
You will be working for a well established and successful organisation based in Folkestone who are seeking a new addition to their Customer Service and Sales team. Your place of work will be at a company who treat employees to fun, quarterly staff nights out such as Bowling, Go Karting, and Escape Rooms! You will receive 20 days annual leave plus an additional 3 days off over the Christmas break.
The duties within this position include:
* Processing orders from the website and over the telephone
* Answering the telephone to customers relating to late deliveries, broken or damaged goods
* Dealing with customer enquiries regarding purchase orders and deliveries
* Liaising with delivery companies to arrange delivery of goods
* Check all telephone orders for content and location
* Check all telephone orders are fully paid for before despatch
* Complete on-line enquiries and call backs
You will be degree educated with some experience working within Customer Services, you will be confident speaking on the phone with customers and willing to learn all about this great company.
The salary is £17,000 plus an opportunity to earn commission on sales.
