My client, a local progressive and forward thinking telecomms company who are currently experiencing a period of growth are looking to recruit an intelligent, confident and enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to source top Sales talent for a vibrant office in the heart of the town centre.



In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in all internal recruitment affairs and to act as an expert in your field to lead the internal recruitment process! You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders in delivering quality staff, you will be comfortable and confident in improving current process's and relaying this information with a positive and "can do" attitude, reporting into Director.



What skills and experience should you have?

* A minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience (Sales)
* Demonstrate a flexible working approach
* Confidence to question or challenge processes
* Great understanding of the Recruitment market and tools.
* HR experience is considered a considerable advantage
