Sales Administrator - £19,000 per annum Tunbridge Wells

Hours - 07:30 - 17:00 (may be required to work an occasional Saturday)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Client based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a position that requires the successful candidate to have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work. Handling inbound calls at busy peak times, you will be required to fulfil your role to an organized and efficient manner.

This role requires someone who is proactive and reactive, ensuring you can structure your day to ensure the work load is manageable. Using your own initiative will be key in this role as you'll need to spot errors and correct immediately. The successful candidate will be high spirited and enthusiastic to fit the culture within the office.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Perform Order entry to the exact Customer requirements
* Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and direct accordingly
* Support the sales team.
* Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
* Perform data entry to maintain customer base, ordering system & notes on Customer's account
* Assist in resolving any administrative problems
* Run company's errands to post office and/or other necessary requirements
* Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to the Management
* Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, credits and emails
* Support the Office manager to maintain the office supplies for department
* Perform other related duties as required The Successful Sales Administrator will have the following competencies:
*

* Demonstrate proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills
* Displays proficiency using standard office equipment such as a computer, photocopier etc
* Interacts professionally with clients and associates at all times
* Promptly responds to requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor
* Works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals
* Uses high quality, professional oral and written skills to project a positive image of the business
* Demonstrates the ability to foresee problems and prevent them by taking action
* Demonstrates flexibility in the face of change
* Projects a positive demeanor regardless of changes in working conditions
* Shows the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure
