Clark James Insurance Recruitment are seeking someone with excellent technical knowledge within Motor Insurance claims for this unique and rewarding position.
Purpose of the Job:
To be committed and to provide the business with a world-class training program for business needs identified through audit.
You will be responsible for the new starter induction and Claims Academy, providing training to both new and existing employees.
You will carry out structured phone and file audits, identifying personal development areas, team knowledge gaps, carrying out the required individual feedback, coaching, or classroom training sessions in order for the business to achieve a high audit pass rate.
To apply for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years within a training role, preferably within the motor claims or insurance industry.
Thorough understanding of the mandatory claims training modules (Treating Customers Fairly, Data Protection Act, Principles of Insurance, Information Security)
Advanced presentation skills and ability to create a Friendly, Approachable, Interactive and Knowledgeable training environment.
