The successful applicant will provide an advice service to older people and their carers living in the Borough of Maidstone via telephone, email, office appointments, home visits and outreach sessions.
The successful applicant will be required to hold, or be prepared to work towards, a Level 3 NVQ in Advice and Guidance Certificate
Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Data Protection Act 1998 would be desirable. We welcome applicants who wish to Job share. Computer literacy and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Relevant training will be provided.
