We do this by transforming the way donations are made and the way charitable funds are managed through our banking (CAF Bank) and financial services for charities and our expert donor services for individuals and companies.
Our CAF Bank division are currently seeking a friendly and approachable team manager to join our team and to oversee numerous ‘Know Your Customer’ processes across all areas of the CAF Bank Operations Team.

As the Subject Matter Expert on KYC/AML related issues you will advise the Bank Executive on policy, regulations and operational issues/procedures and provide support on key process and technology issues. This role is responsible for identifying any potential KYC/AML risks in the Bank and reporting the findings to the High Risk Committee when necessary.

The post holder will take responsibility for ensuring all KYC/AML activity is executed in line with regulatory requirements and CAF Bank/AML and Sanctions policies. Ensuring evidence is recorded by the relevant processes and procedures, along with standards required to meet legal and regulatory money laundering identification obligations.

The ideal candidate will have, previous retail banking experience and thorough knowledge of AML requirements, including a professional qualification to diploma level e.g. ICA Anti-Money Laundering diploma or equivalent is essential. You will have strong communication skills, together with a methodical, analytical and an organised approach to your work. PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook are also necessary.

This role is subject to the Certification Regime and the associated regulatory rules, including the need to be certified as fit and proper to perform it. Certificates will be reassessed on an annual basis, or in the event of a change in responsibilities. The KYC, Admin and Client On-boarding Manager must also comply with the Individual Conduct Rules.
