An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to work as a part of the award-winning team at Childrensalon in our busy Tunbridge Wells Head Office units.

We take pride in ensuring our work environment is a safe, organised and well maintained place to work. As we continue to expand we seek a talent who will grow with us, they will be a hard worker, self-motivated, enjoy a challenge, able to take initiative and maintain good working relationships with staff and people visiting Childrensalon.

Your Role
Supporting Facilities Manager on the daily responsibilities to maintain the smooth running of the company as well as with any new projects within the company or at the residential properties of the owners. Project managing all projects from start to completion and trouble-shooting in-between, liaising with Facilities Manager and People Team where needed.

Skills Needed
- Strong prior facilities experience in a multi-site organisation
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects at once
- Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
- Excellent people skills

Your Responsibilities
- Liaising with Facilities Manager and project managing from start to finish all facilities projects from start to completion.
- Liaise with Facilities Manager re purchasing for projects
- Responding to staff needs for any repairs, maintenance and creation of work stations, assistance needed with thermostats, and security alarm systems

- Hold a full clean driving license

- Assist with any shop runs from Decimus Park to 9 High Street

- Responding to requests from owners to help with residential properties

- Weekly emptying confidential waste bins.

- Assisting with the maintaining of the fire detection system/EJP service and emergency lighting

- Assist with daily inspections and checks to ensure the smooth running of maintenance and health & safety standards. E.g. signage, waste, parking, repairs and purchasing.
